The overview:
- 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential to move to a permanent role following completion
- Immediate start available
- Hybrid working with a requirement for one office day per week
- 7.5 hour working day, starting from 6am to 10am depending on your preference

The role is split between 3 main areas:
- Copywriting – circa 30% – email marketing, banners, landing pages, blogs etc.
- Project Management – circa 40% – Idea generation, campaign planning and scheduling, briefing into creative, coordinating with internal teams etc.
- Data Analysis – email segmentation, reporting, A/B testing, scheduling, bonus set up etc.
We are looking for:
- Strong copywriting skills – largely short form, sales focused and B2C
- Ability to juggle projects and proactively manage own workload with the help of Jira
- Strong CRM experience and data analysis skills – knowledge of email best practice, A/B testing and ideally SEO optimisation
- Someone who would excel in a creative role where you can come up with campaign ideas, largely around upcoming events, holidays etc.
There’s big projects lined up for the team this year, they have a portfolio of 8/9 different brands and websites, of which you will work across all – they have plans to rebrand some and hopefully launch new ones before the year is up. They are also opening up a new CRM channel and have plans to grow the team – which is why there is a strong chance this role could become permanent.
As the role is covering maternity leave, we need someone who can start as soon as possible, notice periods of up to 1 month maximum will only be considered because of this.
