Looking for a new challenge within the paid search space? How does the opportunity to own and drive all aspects of PPC for a rapidly growing FinTech company sound? A role which will involve managing paid search accounts whilst also following a test and learn approach to boost Performance Max campaigns?

The Role:
- Keeping on top of all PPC accounts, optimising campaigns, setting up new campaigns and using data to improve results
- Owning, setting and delivering the PPC/paid search strategy
- Monthly reporting, plus forecasting using Marketing Mix Modelling
- Developing Performance Max campaigns, working closely with the in-house CRO Lead, following a test and learn approach: landing page split testing, audience testing etc.
- Full ownership over Paid Search, Demand Generation and Performance Max
- Harnessing the Google relationship, accessing Beta programmes, insights, events etc.
- Involvement in new product launches, focusing on delivering a new customer acquisition PPC strategy based on value-based bidding
- Working closely with the senior management team to understand the wider marketing ecosystem and the impact each channel has, plus a deeper dive into acquisition
Must Have Experience:
- We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role, senior level with full responsibility for paid search
- Someone who has worked across multiple PPC accounts simultaneously
- Someone used to working towards targets, who would be motivated by a large bonus
- Someone used to pulling reports and presenting to a senior team
- Someone interested in the changing paid search landscape and evolving their approach
- Someone with an experimental approach, who values testing and understanding data
- Someone happy to be hands-on and work individually to start, but who would welcome the chance to grow their own team in the near future
- Someone looking for a hybrid working set up and happy to be in the office two days a week – south Manchester based, with parking on site
This role would really suit someone from an agency background, who is looking to move client side. There are multiple accounts to take control of with the added benefit of quickly applying your recommendations and really nurturing and developing paid search channels.
