I’m on the hunt for a senior level, SEO focused specialist to join a client who is leading the way in their niche within the FinTech sector. It’s a company who have consistently achieved year on year growth, growth that has been added to by the acquisition of other businesses. They continue to remain true to their commitment to follow a tech and data led approach and always ensure the team is equipped with the best tools for the job.

The role will involve:

• Executing technical SEO and content strategies to drive online growth
• Technical SEO audits
• Content audits
• SEO forecasting
• User tracking & analytics
• Keyword research
• Content planning
• Organic competitor analysis
• SEO optimised copywriting/briefing an external copywriting agency
• Involvement in site migration projects
• Incorporating AI, LLMs and Google trends into your work
• Reporting on SEO metrics
• Managing technical health and website speed

We’re looking for strong experience in all of the above, plus experience using a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Search Console etc. We’re also looking for knowledge of AI search engines and how they work, from ChatGPT to Google’s AI overviews, ensuring all websites have structured data and are discoverable across Large Language Models.

You’ll be working across a number of different brands/product ranges so the role would really suit someone from an agency background or a multi-brand in-house role who has the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks. Your focus will change from day to day and the role will offer a great deal of autonomy – we’re very much looking for someone to play a key role in all aspects of SEO.

• This is a hybrid role, based close to Stockport train station, offering good transport links and free onsite parking – it’s 2 days in office each week
